Directions

  2. Place the cleaned and pat-dry calamari tubes and tentacles in a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
  4. Remove the calamari from the marinade and shake off any excess marinade.
  5. Place the calamari tubes and tentacles on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are lightly charred and cooked through.
  6. Once the calamari is grilled to perfection, remove it from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
