Directions

  4. Place the chicken thighs on the preheated grill, skin side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and have grill marks.
  5. Brush the chicken thighs generously with the Kansas City-style barbecue sauce, flipping them occasionally to coat both sides evenly.
  6. Continue grilling the chicken thighs for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Once done, remove the chicken thighs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
